NTPC Green Energy has informed the exchange that 6.6 MW of Wind capacity has commenced commercial operation as part of the 100 MW Hybrid Project being developed by Ayana Renewable Power Four Private Limited. Ayana Renewable Power Four is a subsidiary of Ayana Renewable Power Pvt Ltd, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of ONGC NTPC Green Private, a joint venture between ONGC and NTPC Green Energy. The remaining ~93.4 MW capacity of the 100 MW project is yet to be commissioned. This is a step-down subsidiary structure, meaning the direct operational impact on NTPC Green Energy is indirect.
