NTPC Green Energy has announced that 95.75 MW out of the 1255 MW Khavda-I Solar PV Project has been declared on commercial operation with effect from 18 October 2025. The project is located in Gujarat and is being developed under the CPSU (Central Public Sector Undertaking) scheme, Phase-II, Tranche-III. It is being executed by NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy. The remaining capacity of the 1255 MW project is yet to be commissioned.
