Nucleus Software announced that Saarathi Finance, a new-age NBFC, has chosen its flagship digital lending platform FinnOne Neo® to power its loan origination, management, and collections. Saarathi Finance, backed by marquee investors including TVS Capital Funds, Lok Capital, Evolvence Equity Partners, and Paragon Partners with a Rs.475 crore fund, will use Nucleus Software's end-to-end lending suite covering Customer Acquisition, Loan Management, Collections, and Mobility solutions. The partnership focuses on MSME lending in India's tier 3 and tier 4 towns, with loan ticket sizes of Rs.5–25 lakhs for secured and Rs.50,000–3 lakhs for unsecured lending. Nucleus Software's FinnOne Neo® already serves over 200 banks and financial institutions across 50 countries.
This is a new client win for Nucleus Software's flagship lending product, adding an emerging NBFC client focused on the underserved MSME segment. While no deal size has been disclosed, the win reinforces Nucleus Software's positioning in India's digital lending space and could contribute to recurring software revenue.
