Nureca Limited's Board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY26 (year ended March 31, 2026). Full year standalone revenue grew to Rs 1,555.30 million from Rs 1,271.80 million in FY25, representing approximately 28% year-on-year growth. However, Q4 saw a significant loss of Rs 66.25 million due to a material fair value loss of Rs 83.37 million on FVTPL investments, which was non-operating in nature. Full year net profit after tax was Rs 2.97 million versus a loss of Rs 6.68 million in the prior year. Key leadership changes include resignation of CFO Mr. Naresh Gupta (effective June 26, 2026) and appointment of Mr. Chander Kant as new CFO (effective June 27, 2026). Multiple director re-appointments and a new appointment of Ms. Smita Goyal as Additional Director (Whole Time Director) were approved, all subject to shareholder approval at the 10th AGM scheduled for July 28, 2026. The Board also approved Rs 100 crore capex for manufacturing expansion and purchase of additional land at Derabassi, Punjab. Statutory auditors issued unmodified opinion on the financial results.
While revenue growth of 28% is positive, the Q4 loss and CFO departure may create near-term uncertainty. The large fair value loss on investments is non-cash and non-operational but materially impacted quarterly profits. The new CFO appointment provides continuity, and capex approval signals confidence in future growth. Shareholders will vote on multiple director appointments at the July AGM.
