Integrated Industries Limited shared an investor presentation detailing strong Q4 FY25 consolidated results. Total Income rose 21.70% quarter-on-quarter to ₹242.64 crore, EBITDA grew 38.52% to ₹24.67 crore with margins improving 124 bps to 10.17%, and Net Profit climbed 27.45% to ₹22.61 crore. For full-year FY25, Total Income jumped 132.25% to ₹769.35 crore, EBITDA nearly 2.5x to ₹72.28 crore, and Net Profit surged 171.93% to ₹67.82 crore. Management attributed the margin expansion to better operating leverage, cost optimisation, and an improved product mix. The company also announced a second biscuit manufacturing unit at Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh, targeted to be operational by October 2026, aimed at serving southern and central India with premium and health-focused variants. The company operates in organic, inorganic, and processed foods, with biscuits sold under brands RICHLITE, FUNTREAT, and CRUNCHY CRAZE through subsidiary Nurture Well Food Limited.
Strong quarterly and annual earnings growth, combined with a forward-looking capacity expansion plan, should be viewed positively by shareholders. The Sikandrabad unit signals management's confidence in scaling up, though it will add capex and only start contributing from late FY27. Near-term, the sharp improvement in margins is a key positive signal for the stock.
