Arrow Emerging Opportunities Fund, a Qualified Institutional Buyer (QIB/FII), along with its PAC Aidos India Fund, sold 96,21,060 shares of Integrated Industries Limited on 16 April 2025 through open market trades on NSE and BSE. Arrow Emerging sold 51,00,000 shares while Aidos India (PAC) sold its entire holding of 45,21,060 shares. Their combined holding dropped sharply from 4.34% (1,01,21,060 shares) to just 0.21% (5,00,000 shares) of the company's share capital. The acquirers are not part of the promoter group. The target company has a total equity share capital of 23,28,39,020 shares and is listed on BSE (scrip code 531889).
This is a significant FII exit — the institutional investor has almost completely sold out of the company, reducing its stake from over 4% to a token 0.21%. Such a large open-market sell-off by an institutional holder may put downward pressure on the stock and is generally viewed as a negative sentiment signal by retail investors.
