Nutraplus India held its 32nd AGM on 29 Sept 2022 via video conferencing. Out of 9,172 total shareholders, 42 attended (4 promoter, 38 public). Both ordinary resolutions passed unanimously with 100% votes in favour: (1) adoption of financial statements, and (2) re-appointment of M/s. Raman S.
