Nuvama, Cushman & Wakefield-backed realty fund raises Rs 4,000 cr

Nuvama and Cushman & Wakefield's joint venture NCW has closed its 'PRIME Offices Fund' at about Rs 4,000 crore, exceeding the original target of Rs 3,000 crore due to strong investor demand. The fund has already committed around 45 per cent of its capital and built a portfolio of about 4 million square feet of Grade-A office space across India, reflecting robust institutional appetite for commercial office assets.
