Nyssa Corporation Limited has submitted the Scrutinizer's Report for its Postal Ballot process concluded on April 9, 2026. Three resolutions were put to vote through e-voting (via NSDL), and all were passed with overwhelming shareholder support (over 99.9% in favour). The resolutions included the appointment of Mr. Brindaban Kar as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, and Mrs. Vandana Singh and Mr. Dhiraj Kumar Das as Independent Directors for a 5-year term each. The e-voting saw 421,984 shares voted in favour of the first resolution (99.97%) and 421,933 shares (99.96%) in favour of the other two, with negligible opposition. No physical ballots were received, and there were no invalid votes.
The near-unanimous approval reflects strong shareholder consensus on the board appointments, which is routine governance and unlikely to materially move the stock price. Investors should note the reconstitution of the board with two new independent directors and one non-executive director, which may strengthen corporate governance going forward.
