Chains Ltd informed BSE of a proposed inter-se transfer of 27,50,100 shares (40.15% of capital) within the promoter group to Satish Kumar Goyal from 5 other promoters (Ashok Kumar Goyal, Kusum Agarwal, Moon Goyal, Shobhik Goyal, Mohit Goyyal) at Rs. 30 per share, effective on or after June 29, 2026. Post-transfer, Satish Kumar Goyal's holding rises from 17.23% to 57.37%. Aggregate promoter group holding stays unchanged. The transfer is exempt from open offer under SEBI Takeover Regulations 10(1)(a).
