Oasis Tradelink Ltd has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, 13th August 2025. The main item on the agenda is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 (Q1 FY26), as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 33. Any other business with the Chairman's permission may also be discussed. The trading window for promoters, directors, designated employees, and connected persons is already closed since 1st July 2025 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are announced.
