ObjectOne Information Systems reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs. 386.70 lakhs, up ~9% from Rs. 354.31 lakhs in the previous quarter but down ~1.8% from Rs. 393.97 lakhs in Q3 of the prior year. The company swung back to a net profit of Rs. 57.43 lakhs in Q3 (EPS Rs. 0.55) after a loss of Rs. 18.05 lakhs in Q2 FY26. However, on a 9-month basis, revenue fell sharply to Rs. 1,016.08 lakhs from Rs. 1,300.30 lakhs a year ago (a decline of about 22%), and the company slipped into a net loss of Rs. 42.77 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 60.11 lakhs in the same period last year. Full-year FY25 had revenue of Rs. 1,802.41 lakhs and PAT of Rs. 84.04 lakhs, indicating a clear deterioration in year-on-year performance. The statutory auditor P. Murali & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) review report with no qualifications.
Short-term shareholders may find some relief in the Q3 return to profit, but the nine-month revenue decline of over 20% and the swing into a loss raise concerns about the company's underlying business momentum. Watch for whether Q4 can recover enough to pull the full year back into profitability.
