Octal Credit Capital Ltd reported audited results for FY25 with standalone total revenue from operations rising to Rs 33.84 lakhs from Rs 28.29 lakhs in FY24 (about 20% growth), driven mainly by interest income of Rs 31.86 lakhs. Standalone profit after tax fell sharply to Rs 4.55 lakhs versus Rs 11.17 lakhs last year, with Q4 FY25 swinging to a loss of Rs 6.70 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, PAT jumped to Rs 408.69 lakhs from Rs 79.57 lakhs, helped by a Rs 397.52 lakh share of profit from an associate in FY24 (which turned to a Rs 63.76 lakh loss share in FY25). Total assets grew to Rs 1,998.89 lakhs (standalone), the company carries no borrowings, and the statutory auditor Vasudeo & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The board also appointed Mrs. Dipika Jain as Secretarial Auditor for FY26.
Shareholders see mixed signals: top-line growth is healthy but standalone profits have nearly halved, the company burnt cash in operations (Rs 27.50 lakhs used), and Q4 turned to a loss, though a clean audit opinion and zero-debt balance sheet keep near-term solvency concerns low.
