Octal Credit Capital, a Kolkata based NBFC, has sent the notice for its 34th AGM on Monday, 10 August 2026 at 11:00 AM at its registered office. Book closure runs 4 to 10 August 2026 and e-voting is open from 7 to 9 August. For FY26, standalone profit after tax rose to Rs 9.31 lacs from Rs 4.55 lacs on revenue of Rs 37.86 lacs, but consolidated results show a loss of Rs 157.91 lacs due to share of losses in associates.
