Appointment of Secretarial Auditor of the company

The Board of Directors of Octavius Plantations Limited, at its meeting held on August 13, 2025, approved the appointment of Mr. Suprabhat Chakraborty, Practising Company Secretaries (Membership No. A41030), as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company. The appointment is for a period of one year, covering April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025, and was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. Mr. Suprabhat Chakraborty is a Kolkata-based firm of Practising Company Secretaries, peer-reviewed by ICSI, and provides services in corporate law, SEBI regulations, and FEMA compliance. The consent letter from the auditor is dated June 30, 2025.
