Octavius Plantations Ltd has reconstituted its Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee effective 29.09.2025. Ms. Boppanda Chengappa Ponnamma (Independent Director) stepped down from both committees after completing her term. Ms. Kanthi Priya Midathada (Independent Director, DIN: 11278086) has been appointed as the new Chairman of both committees.
