Ola Electric submitted its Q4 FY25 KPI data book showing total deliveries of 51,375 units, down sharply from 1,15,386 units in Q4 FY24 — a drop of roughly 55%. The premium segment fell to 15,764 units from 65,682, while the mass market segment also declined to 35,611 from 49,704. Adjusted revenue collapsed to ₹649 Cr from ₹1,641 Cr in Q4 FY24, and gross margin slipped to 18.8% of revenue. EBITDA loss widened to ₹658 Cr (margin of -101.4%), and the company reported a net loss of ₹870 Cr for the quarter, with operating expenses jumping to ₹779 Cr from ₹552 Cr a year earlier.
This data points to a sharp deterioration in demand and worsening unit economics — falling volumes, shrinking revenue, and ballooning losses suggest margin pressure and weak market traction. Shareholders should view this as a negative signal, as the company appears far from break-even with no clear turnaround visible in the numbers.
