Ola Electric reported its first operating cash flow positive quarter with Q4 CFO of Rs 91 crores and Auto segment FCF of Rs 173 crores. Consolidated gross margins reached 38.5% in Q4, up from 34.3% in Q3 and 13.7% in Q4 last year, with management calling this an industry-leading margin profile. FY26 revenue was Rs 2,253 crores with 173,794 deliveries. OpEx was cut by 50% year-on-year to Rs 428 crores in Q4. Management guided that adjusted EBITDA breakeven is achievable at 20,000-25,000 units per month, and Q1 FY27 guidance is 40,000-45,000 orders with revenue of Rs 500-550 crores. The Gigafactory is entering scale phase with 2.5 GWh operational and 6 GWh installation largely complete, with plans to expand to 20 GWh via capital raise at subsidiary level. Electric motorcycles (Roadster) now hold 50%+ market share and contributed 15% of April gross orders.
The company has achieved operational turnaround with industry-leading margins and first cash flow positive quarter, positioning it for sustained profitability as volumes recover toward the 20,000-25,000 monthly breakeven level.
