Om Infra Limited reported FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 500 Cr, down 30% from Rs 713 Cr in FY25, with EBITDA at Rs 28 Cr (vs Rs 20 Cr FY25) and PAT of Rs 21 Cr. Q4FY26 showed sequential recovery with revenue of Rs 160 Cr and EBITDA of Rs 16 Cr, reversing a loss in Q4FY25. The company won new orders including Rs 129 Cr from UP Jal Nigam and is executing the Rs 615 Cr Isarda Dam project. FY27 guidance targets revenue of Rs 700-750 Cr with order inflow of Rs 1,500 Cr and EBITDA margin of 7-8%. The order book stands at Rs 2,107 Cr with strong bid pipeline in JJM, hydro-mechanical, and pumped storage projects. The company expects Rs 700+ Cr from monetization of non-core assets and arbitration awards over 2-3 years.
Revenue declined sharply in FY26 due to execution delays in JJM projects from delayed payments, though the situation is improving with government fund revival. The strong order book of Rs 2,107 Cr and FY27 guidance for 40-50% revenue growth signals recovery. Government budget allocation of Rs 67,000 Cr for JJM till 2028 provides multi-year visibility. The near-zero debt (Net Debt/Equity 0.03x) and expected cash inflows from asset monetization strengthen the balance sheet.
