Om Power Transmission, a Gujarat-based power transmission EPC company, released its Q4 & FY26 investor presentation following its NSE/BSE listing on 17 April 2026 (IPO of ₹15,000 lakhs, oversubscribed 3.33x). FY26 revenue grew 61% YoY to ₹44,916 lakhs, with PAT up 81% to ₹4,002 lakhs, driven by strong execution across all four business verticals. EBITDA stood at ₹5,711 lakhs with margins broadly stable at 12.72%. The company reported record order inflow of ₹61,454 lakhs, pushing year-end unexecuted order book to an all-time high of ₹62,128 lakhs — more than 3x the FY23 level, providing multi-year revenue visibility. Book to Bill ratio was 1.39x. CRISIL upgraded long-term rating to BBB+/Stable and short-term to A2 in April 2026. Geographically, the company is expanding beyond Gujarat into Rajasthan, Punjab, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu. Cash flow from operations turned negative at ₹(2,563) lakhs in FY26 due to working capital build-up tied to the growing order book.
The company delivered strong all-round growth in its first full year post-listing. The massive order book and geographic diversification are positives, but investors should monitor the declining book-to-bill ratio, heavy customer concentration (GETCO = 64% of revenue), and negative operating cash flows. The high RoCE of 44% and RoE of 38% remain attractive for a mid-cap infrastructure play.
