Om Power Transmission reported strong FY26 results with revenue of Rs 44,916 lakhs, up 61% YoY. PAT grew 81% to Rs 4,002 lakhs with margins expanding to 8.86% from 7.84% in FY25. EBITDA stood at Rs 5,711 lakhs with margins broadly stable at 12.72%. The company achieved record order inflow of Rs 61,454 lakhs, taking its year-end unexecuted order book to an all-time high of Rs 62,128 lakhs - more than 3x the FY23 order book, providing healthy revenue visibility. The company successfully completed its maiden IPO of Rs 15,000 lakhs in April 2026 (oversubscribed 3.33x) and got listed on NSE and BSE. Credit ratings were upgraded to CRISIL BBB+/Stable for long-term and A2 for short-term. The company expanded geographically beyond Gujarat into Rajasthan, Punjab, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
Strong operational performance with record order book provides multi-year revenue visibility. The IPO proceeds will strengthen working capital and enhance capacity to bid for larger tenders. Geographic diversification reduces concentration risk in Gujarat. PAT margin expansion to 8.86% indicates improving profitability despite scale.
