Omaxe Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 were published in Business Standard (English and Hindi) on August 14, 2025, as required under SEBI listing rules. The Board had approved these results at its meeting on August 13, 2025, and the statutory auditors gave an unmodified opinion on the limited review. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a net loss of ₹185.77 crore, wider than the ₹146.98 crore loss in the same quarter last year, though narrower than the ₹685.40 crore loss in the preceding quarter (Q4 FY25). Total consolidated income from operations fell sharply to ₹208.03 crore from ₹385.23 crore a year ago. On a standalone basis, the net loss narrowed to ₹35.83 crore from ₹64.10 crore year-on-year, while total income rose slightly to ₹126.42 crore.
