Omaxe New Chandigarh Developers Private Limited, has received RERA Registration Certificates from the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority for four residential projects in Kharar, SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab. The projects are Integrated Residential Township Phase 6, Phase 6A, Phase 6C (all plotted residential), and Resort - The Retreat (built-up residential). All four were launched on March 12, 2026, and the registrations are valid until 2030 (varying dates between October 2030 and December 2030). These approvals allow the subsidiary to legally sell, transfer, and advertise these projects.
