Omaxe Limited reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited financial results. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose to Rs 119.46 crore from Rs 80.30 crore in Q1 FY25 (up ~49% YoY), but the company still posted a loss after tax of Rs 35.83 crore, narrower than the Rs 64.10 crore loss a year ago. On a consolidated basis, revenue declined to Rs 282.24 crore from Rs 341.61 crore (down ~17% YoY), and the net loss widened to Rs 185.77 crore from Rs 146.98 crore. Consolidated other equity stands negative at Rs (388.03) crore, and finance costs remain high at Rs 67.03 crore for the quarter. The auditor (BSD & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report but included an Emphasis of Matter on the pending SEBI order (July 2024) under appeal at SAT (next hearing October 9, 2025) and ongoing income tax disputes for AY 2014-15 to 2022-23. The Board also re-appointed Mr. Aroon Kumar Aggarwal and Mr. Vinit Goyal for second terms, appointed Mr. Atul Banshal as new CFO (replacing Mr. Manoj Kumar Dua), and named DMK Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY26–FY30.
Mixed signals for shareholders – standalone results show improvement with narrower losses and strong revenue growth, but consolidated performance worsened with deeper losses, declining revenue, and negative reserves, keeping the stock under pressure. Ongoing SEBI and tax litigations remain key overhangs; any adverse ruling at the October 9 SAT hearing could materially impact the company.
