Omaxe Limited reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited results. Standalone revenue from operations rose sharply to Rs 119.46 crore from Rs 80.30 crore in Q1 FY25 (about 49% growth), and standalone net loss narrowed to Rs 35.83 crore from Rs 64.10 crore. However, on a consolidated basis, revenue from operations fell to Rs 282.24 crore from Rs 341.61 crore (about 17% decline), and consolidated net loss widened to Rs 185.77 crore from Rs 146.98 crore. Finance costs remain very heavy, especially on the consolidated side at Rs 67.03 crore (up from Rs 42.38 crore), keeping the company in deep losses. The auditors issued an unmodified review but flagged two emphasis-of-matter items: a pending SEBI order from July 2024 (currently stayed by SAT, next hearing October 9, 2025) and Income Tax demands for AY 2014-15 to 2022-23 under appeal. The board also approved re-appointments of two directors and a CFO change, with Mr. Manoj Kumar Dua stepping down and Mr. Atul Banshal taking over as Director-Finance & CFO.
Mixed picture for shareholders — standalone performance is improving on lower base, but consolidated revenue is shrinking and losses are deepening, raising concerns about the group's overall financial health. The high finance costs and ongoing SEBI/tax litigations are key overhangs to watch; near-term stock reaction may stay cautious given persistent losses and unresolved regulatory matters.
