Omkar Overseas confirms non-applicability of Large Corporate disclosure framework

Omkar Overseas Ltd filed an initial disclosure under SEBI's Large Corporate framework but confirmed it does not qualify as one. The company meets only one of three criteria (equity listed on BSE). Outstanding borrowings as on March 31, 2026 were just Rs. 0.39 crore, well below the Rs. 1,000 crore threshold, and it does not hold an AA/AA+/AAA credit rating.
