Omkar Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, 07 November 2025 at the registered office in Ahmedabad. The main agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025. Any other business may also be discussed with the Chair's permission.
