Omnitech Engineering reported strong FY26 consolidated results with revenue of INR 5,113 million, up 49.1% YoY. EBITDA grew 45.4% to INR 1,711.1 million while PAT jumped 80.9% to INR 793.4 million. However, EBITDA margins compressed from 34.3% to 33.5% year-over-year, and Q4 margins dropped more noticeably to 33.5% from 39.9% in Q4FY25 due to higher input costs. The order book as of May 25, 2026 stands at over INR 30,330 million, including a multi-year Weatherford order worth over US$100 million. The company is expanding capacity with a new Hyderabad facility and Chhapra expansion, and has received AS9100:2015 aerospace certification with NADCAP certification in progress.
Strong revenue and profit growth demonstrates operational scale-up, but the margin compression in recent quarters may concern cost-conscious investors. The massive order book of over INR 30 billion provides significant revenue visibility for FY27. The expansion initiatives in FY27 should support future growth but will require capital deployment.
