Omnitech Engineering reported strong Q3FY26 results with revenue of ₹1,344.1 million, up 81.6% year-on-year, and profit after tax of ₹222.3 million, up 172.7%. For the first nine months of FY26, revenue grew 54% to ₹3,625.8 million and PAT jumped 113.6% to ₹500.1 million. EBITDA margin expanded sharply from 32.6% to 38.1% in Q3, showing clear operating leverage. The company highlighted an order book of over ₹29,000 million as of March 11, 2026, including a multi-year order from Weatherford worth over US$100 million. Omnitech recently completed its IPO and has acquired a 60,000 sqm land parcel in GIDC Sanand II, Ahmedabad, to support growth beyond FY28. The company manufactures high-precision engineered components for global clients, with 80% of revenue from outside India across energy, motion control, and industrial equipment sectors.
Strong revenue and margin growth combined with a multi-year order book and post-IPO capacity expansion signal a positive growth runway for shareholders. The Weatherford order and 10x jump in order book within a quarter reinforce revenue visibility, though the high finance costs and 1.7x net debt-to-equity ratio warrant monitoring.
