Paytm's parent company One 97 Communications has completed three acquisitions from its Group Companies as part of simplifying its group structure. It has acquired 100% stake in Admirable Software Limited, the remaining 34.29% in Mobiquest Mobile Technologies Private Limited, and the remaining 32.53% in Urja Money Private Limited. As a result, all three entities have become direct wholly owned subsidiaries of Paytm. This follows earlier disclosures made on October 15, 2025 and November 28, 2025 regarding the group simplification plan.
