One Global Service Provider Limited (formerly Overseas Synthetics Limited), a healthcare and IT services company listed on BSE since 1994, has filed its 33rd Annual Report for FY 2024-25 along with the AGM notice scheduled for September 30, 2025. Total revenue jumped sharply to Rs. 14,784.17 lakhs from Rs. 6,301.11 lakhs in the previous year, a rise of about 134%, driven largely by the NCLT-approved amalgamation of Plus Care Internationals Private Limited (appointed date January 19, 2023). Profit after tax also more than doubled to Rs. 1,846.66 lakhs from Rs. 710.88 lakhs, with the company recording exceptional items of Rs. 33.21 lakhs. Paid-up capital rose from Rs. 7.10 crore to Rs. 19.54 crore due to share issuance under the amalgamation. The Board has not recommended any dividend for FY25, against Rs. 1 per share paid in FY24.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth boosts the financial profile, though much of the jump is merger-driven rather than purely organic. No dividend for FY25 reduces short-term shareholder returns, while the amalgamation expands the company's capital base and scale in healthcare and IT services.
