Ontic Finserve Limited's Board, at its meeting on November 12, 2025, approved the unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended September 30, 2025) along with a Limited Review Report from statutory auditor Nirav S. Shah & Co. Q2 FY26 revenue from operations stood at Rs. 96.18 lakhs, down from Rs. 140.10 lakhs in Q2 FY25 — a year-on-year decline of roughly 31%. Profit after tax for the quarter was Rs. 95.06 lakhs (vs Rs. 138.46 lakhs in Q2 FY25). For the half-year ended September 2025, revenue was Rs. 190.16 lakhs and PAT was Rs. 179.41 lakhs. Net cash from operating activities was a marginal Rs. 2.26 lakhs, as large negative working capital changes (Rs. 90.88 lakhs) nearly offset operating profit. The auditor issued an unmodified Limited Review Report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter, and there were no pending investor complaints.
The sharp Q2 revenue drop year-on-year and the steep erosion of operating profit into near-zero operating cash flow highlight weakening core performance despite reported profits. Shareholders should note the deteriorating top-line trend, heavy working-capital absorption, and the company's continuing accumulated losses in reserves, even though the quarterly results remain technically profitable.
