Onward Technologies has published a newspaper notice informing shareholders about unclaimed dividends from financial year 2018-19. As per SEBI regulations, dividends and shares that remain unpaid or unclaimed for seven years from the date of transfer to the Unpaid Dividend Account must be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority.
