Optiemus Infracom's Operations & Administration Committee approved the incorporation of three new wholly owned subsidiaries on July 14, 2025. The three entities are Optiemus Vision Technology (camera modules), Optiemus Display Technology (display modules), and Optiemus Micro Electronics (enclosures for mobiles and IT hardware). All three will be 100% owned by Optiemus Infracom, with the parent investing in cash at face value of Rs. 10 per share. The new subsidiaries will be incorporated in India and fall under the manufacturing sector. This move is aimed at building dedicated verticals for different electronics product lines.
This is an internal corporate restructuring to create focused manufacturing entities rather than an external acquisition, so it is unlikely to move the stock immediately. Over time, it signals management's push into electronics component manufacturing, which could be a growth lever if the subsidiaries scale up.
