Optiemus Infracom's Operations & Administration Committee, at a meeting on July 14, 2025, approved the incorporation of three wholly owned subsidiaries in India. These are: Optiemus Vision Technology Pvt. Ltd. (camera modules), Optiemus Display Technology Pvt. Ltd. (display modules), and Optiemus Micro Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (enclosures for mobile and IT hardware). Optiemus Infracom will hold 100% equity in each, subscribing at face value of Rs. 10 per share, with cash consideration. The new entities will operate in the manufacturing sector, expanding the company's hardware components footprint.
This is an internal restructuring move to set up separate entities for camera, display, and enclosure businesses. It signals Optiemus's push into electronics manufacturing but is not expected to materially impact shareholders in the short term. Investors should watch for future funding, capex, and revenue contributions from these subsidiaries.
