Optiemus Infracom Limited has submitted its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose about 8% year-on-year to ₹13,474 lakhs, but net profit fell sharply by around 38% to ₹284.72 lakhs as total expenses and other expenses increased. On a consolidated basis, revenue declined roughly 12% year-on-year to ₹43,535 lakhs, yet net profit grew about 20% to ₹1,453 lakhs supported by the manufacturing business segment. Consolidated EPS stood at ₹1.67 (basic) versus ₹1.42 in the same quarter last year. The statutory auditor, Mukesh Raj & Co., issued an unqualified (clean) limited review report on both sets of results.
Mixed set of numbers — consolidated earnings growth despite a revenue drop is a positive, but the steep standalone profit decline and margin compression may weigh on near-term sentiment for the stock. Investors should watch whether the manufacturing segment can keep offsetting weakness in trading and distribution.
