ICRA Limited has submitted the final Monitoring Agency Report for Q4 FY2026 for Optiemus Infracom Limited's preferential issue. The original issue size was INR 434.41 crore, reduced to INR 296.37 crore due to under-subscription. As of March 31, 2026, INR 216.86 crore has been received (part payment for warrants plus full payment for equity). Of this, INR 201.12 crore was already deployed before the quarter, INR 15.74 crore deployed during Q4, leaving INR 79.51 crore unutilized. No material deviations were found - utilization differs from original objects but aligns with shareholder-approved changes from the September 2025 AGM. All projects remain on schedule with no delays. The funds are being deployed across investments in four subsidiaries (Optiemus Electronics, GDN Enterprises, Optiemus Unmanned Systems, and Bharat Innovative Glass Technology), working capital, and general corporate purposes.
The report indicates proper fund deployment and compliance with regulatory requirements. The shift in allocation towards working capital (increased from INR 21.72 crore to INR 65.71 crore) after shareholder approval suggests the company is adapting to business needs. No red flags for shareholders as all objects remain on track.
