Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS), a majority-owned subsidiary of Oracle Corporation, reported its Q1 FY2026 results. Total revenue stood at Rs. 1,852 crore, up 6% year-on-year and 8% quarter-on-quarter, driven by strong cloud wins. Net income was Rs. 642 crore, up 4% YoY, while operating income was Rs. 833 crore, up 1% YoY. Products business grew 5% YoY to Rs. 1,674 crore, while the smaller Services business jumped 22% YoY to Rs. 178 crore. Operating margin held steady at 45% and net margin at 35%, with basic EPS of Rs. 73.88 (up 4% YoY). Remaining Performance Obligations stood at a healthy Rs. 6,327 crore, and Days Sales Outstanding improved to 62 days. The company also announced several new deals and expansions across the US, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe, including CSB Bank and Jana Small Finance Bank in India going live on Oracle platforms.
Solid topline growth, expanding services segment, and a strong Rs. 6,327 crore order backlog suggest healthy forward revenue visibility for shareholders. Margin held steady despite a slight dip in products-segment profitability, indicating stable profitability. The broad-based customer wins across geographies reinforce the company's growth momentum in core banking and cloud offerings.
