Oracle Financial Services Software has allotted 2,127 equity shares of face value Rs. 5 each to eligible employees who exercised their stock options under the OFSS Stock Plan 2014. The allotment was approved by the ESOP Allotment Committee on May 21, 2025. No shares were allotted to Directors of the Company.
