Orbit Exports Limited reported audited standalone revenue of ₹21,473.36 Lakhs for FY26, up 4.3% from ₹20,582.42 Lakhs in FY25. However, standalone net profit declined 17.6% to ₹3,114.16 Lakhs from ₹3,780.01 Lakhs in the prior year. Consolidated revenue grew 6.1% to ₹22,666.75 Lakhs while consolidated net profit fell 16.4% to ₹3,261.31 Lakhs. The profit decline is attributed to a significant drop in other income (down from ₹1,293.18 Lakhs to ₹789.72 Lakhs) and higher operating costs. EPS declined from ₹14.28 to ₹11.75 on standalone basis. The statutory auditor M/s Nayan Parikh & Co. issued an unmodified opinion, confirming clean financials with no material concerns. Operating cash flow remained healthy at ₹5,755.54 Lakhs.
Revenue growth was modest at 4-6% while profit declined significantly by 16-18%, indicating margin compression. The stock may face pressure as earnings per share dropped notably despite stable revenue growth. However, the clean audit opinion and positive operating cash flow provide some comfort.
