Orchasp Limited's Board, at its meeting on 06 March 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Ravi Prasad Muthyam (DIN: 06603818) as an Additional Independent Director for a 5-year term (06 March 2026 to 05 March 2031), subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Muthyam is an MBA with over 26 years of experience in banking and financial services, and is the Director of Moneytree Corp Consulting India Pvt Ltd. The Board also reconstituted its various committees (Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Stakeholders Relationship, and CSR) following the new appointment and completion of certain directors' tenures.
