Organic Recycling Systems has called an EGM on Aug 3, 2026 at 11.30 AM via video conferencing. Shareholders will vote on issuing bonus equity shares in 1:2 ratio (1 free share for every 2 held) by capitalising reserves of up to Rs 5.20 crore from Securities Premium and Capital Redemption Reserve accounts as of Mar 31, 2026. Bonus shares of Rs 10 each will be fully paid up. Cut-off date for eligibility is Jul 27, 2026. E-voting runs Jul 30 to Aug 2 via NSDL. Allotment will be in demat form only.
