Organic Recycling Systems Ltd (ORSL), a waste-to-energy and environmental solutions company, announced its consolidated results for the half year and full year ended 31 March 2025. Total income grew 75% year-on-year to Rs. 4,873.22 lakhs in FY25, up from Rs. 2,779.02 lakhs in FY24, with H2FY25 income more than doubling at 105% half-on-half to Rs. 3,107.58 lakhs. Profit after tax (PAT) jumped 102% year-on-year to Rs. 1,571.86 lakhs, while H2FY25 PAT rose 55% half-on-half to Rs. 894.69 lakhs. Basic EPS climbed 70% year-on-year to Rs. 20.39 and diluted EPS improved 56% to Rs. 18.70, with PAT margin expanding by 429 basis points to 32.25%. The company also reported R&D progress, including third-party validation of its proprietary catalyst by SSNIBE and new MOUs with IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur, and BioDucst Ltd (UK) for waste valorisation technologies.
