Mahendra K. Daga, part of the promoter and promoter group of Orient Bell Limited, has disclosed a small open-market purchase of 11,461 equity shares, dated 11 September 2025. Prior to this acquisition, he held 30,24,752 shares (20.59% of total equity and 20.49% on a diluted basis). After the purchase, his holding rose modestly to 30,36,213 shares, representing 20.67% of total and 20.57% on a fully diluted basis.
