Orient Ceratech reported strong FY2026 results with standalone net profit of ₹1,868 Lacs, nearly doubling from ₹961 Lacs in FY2025. Consolidated net profit stood at ₹2,186 Lacs. Revenue grew 22% to ₹40,539 Lacs. The board approved a 35% dividend (₹0.35 per share) subject to shareholder approval. It also approved the sale of the Thermal Power Station (Power Division) at Porbandar for ₹3.75 Crore to SS Fabrication, a non-related party, with disposal expected to complete in 6 months. Mr. Ketan Shrimankar was re-appointed as Independent Director for a second 2-year term. Mrs. Seema Sharma resigned as Company Secretary and Mr. Krupal Upadhyay was appointed in her place effective June 1, 2026.
The near-doubling of net profit and 22% revenue growth are strong positives. The power division sale is strategic as it was loss-making (segment loss of ₹433 Lacs for FY2026). The dividend provides direct shareholder returns. The sale proceeds of ₹3.75 Crore and exit from loss-making operations should improve future profitability.
