Orient Ceratech Limited's Board, on 7th August 2025, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose marginally to Rs. 10,012.22 lakhs (vs Rs. 9,978.31 lakhs in Q1 FY25), while net profit grew about 20% to Rs. 312.59 lakhs (vs Rs. 260.42 lakhs). Standalone EPS stood at Rs. 0.26 (vs Rs. 0.22). On a consolidated basis, net profit jumped to Rs. 430.24 lakhs (vs Rs. 290.83 lakhs), with EPS of Rs. 0.36 (vs Rs. 0.24). The Power division's revenue dropped sharply to Rs. 219.77 lakhs from Rs. 1,170.83 lakhs a year ago, while the main Alumina Refractories & Monolithics segment remained stable. Statutory auditors Sanghavi & Company issued an unmodified review opinion, and no investor complaints were pending.
Profitability improved meaningfully year-on-year at both standalone and consolidated levels, supported by better margins despite weak Power division revenue. Shareholders may view this as a stable quarter, with consolidated earnings showing stronger growth than standalone, partly aided by subsidiary contribution.
