Orient Electric reported Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹948 crore, up 10% YoY, with full-year FY26 revenue of ₹3,326 crore, growing 7.5% YoY. PAT grew strongly at 28.9% YoY to ₹40 crore in Q4 and 15.2% YoY to ₹95.8 crore for FY26. EBITDA margin expanded by 30 bps to 6.9% for FY26 despite gross margin compression of 98 bps due to elevated commodity prices. The company took ~4% cumulative pricing actions and achieved ₹68 crore cost savings under its 'Sanchay' efficiency program. Lighting & Switchgear segment led growth at 16% YoY, while Electrical Consumer Durables grew 7.6% YoY with market share gains. Net cash position improved to ₹67 crore with near-zero debt (Debt-Equity: 0.03x). Exceptional items of ₹8.6 crore (New Labour Codes) and ₹1.5 crore (loss on asset sale) were recorded.
