Oriental Aromatics Ltd reported FY26 consolidated revenue of INR 10,308 Mn, crossing the INR 1,000 crore milestone with 11% YoY growth. However, profitability declined sharply with EBITDA falling 27% to INR 680 Mn and EBITDA margin compressing to 6.60% from 10.06% in FY25. Net profit dropped 91% to INR 32 Mn due to a 15% rise in total expenses and 42% increase in finance costs. Q4 showed sequential improvement with revenue up 12% QoQ and EBITDA up 48% QoQ. Sales volume grew 9% for FY26 and 16% sequentially in Q4, reflecting strong demand across all divisions. Net debt-to-equity stands at 0.58x, indicating a comfortable leverage position.
The stock may face pressure as investors digest the significant profit decline despite revenue growth, with margin compression likely to concern shareholders. The high debt servicing costs relative to profits remain a key concern.
