Noted completion/cessation of tenure

Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd informed BSE that Mr. Suresh Mane (DIN: 07247232), Independent Director, has completed two consecutive 5-year terms (10 years total) and will retire from the board with effect from the close of business hours on June 12, 2025. This is a routine, mandatory retirement under the Companies Act as no independent director can serve more than two consecutive terms of five years. In his place, the Board appointed Mr. Nilesh V. Parikh (DIN: 02710146) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) for a term of five years starting June 9, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the next AGM. Mr. Parikh is a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of experience in taxation, auditing, and financial advisory, and currently also serves as an Independent Director at Startek Finance Limited.
