Oriental Rail appoints promoter family member Najmuddin Mithiborwala as CSIRO

The Board of Oriental Rail Infrastructure has appointed Mr. Najmuddin S Mithiborwala as Chief Strategy and Investor Relations Officer (CSIRO) and Senior Management Personnel, effective immediately. He is a third-generation entrepreneur and a member of the promoter family of the company. He brings cross-functional experience in sales, operations, manufacturing, and business management across automotive components and railway sectors. He has been closely associated with the company's strategic initiatives and has a good understanding of its manufacturing operations, customer relationships, and long-term strategic priorities. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
